I have same issue but it just says different reason (error). Yes can someone please address this question .
I'm afraid there is no longer a server to connect to on the TS3 console games. EA shut it down a couple of months ago.
- @igazor I hate this so much no more custom content right... I play on Xbox 360 and the exchange doesn’t work help is there any way to make happen
@Koba426games If I remember correctly it never was true custom content anyway. Outside of a small number of EA DLC packs that you could buy through XBox Live, it was just things that players created with the in-game CASt and uploaded to the Exchange. It was nothing like CC and mods for the PC version. I never downloaded any of it because it was stuff I could already create in my game anyway.
