Won't let me download sets off of Sims 3 website
How do I get the items I purchased on the SIms 3 website to download to the EA app. It will not work for me. I tried clearing my cache and it still didn't work.

Bryleeanne1 You don't download content to the EA App, just to the Sims 3 launcher. Then you install it through the launcher's Downloads tab.
What happens when you try to download the content from the Sims 3 website? If you get an error, please post a screenshot of it. Please also let me know what browser you've been using and whether your computer runs Windows or macOS.
I have tried to download them but it wouldn't show up in the EA app. I have checked to see if the account I am signed into was the same as the EA app and it is. I don't know what to do now.
