Wrong Language
I bought the Sims 3 Supernatural expansion pack and it's in Japanese, not English. How do I change it to English?

So you installed it and now the text for the EP is in japanese while the rest is english ? Where did you buy the game ?
I'm actually trying to install it. The setup wizard is in Japanese, as is everything else. I bought it in Kentucky, US.
I would take it out and return it to the Store. Is the cover japanese too ?
Chances are that it gets installed in english but I'm guessing it's not that easy to install in japanese.
I have the german games but play in english. My setup is in German but the EPs follow the language of the base game so if the japanese version really has english on there (which I believe it does), it should be fine in the game but still, I personally would return it.
We just returned it and got a different copy. It's still in Japanese.
Seems like they have a japanese badge then. Don't know what to advise you.
I bought four in the UK (Sims 3 plus several extensions, all in English, covers, DVD, instructions, etc.) While the initial installation went very well, the InstallShield Wizard suddenly switched to German when trying to install Town Accessories!!! I do not want to play "Die Sims 3", which is why I didn't buy in Germany in the first place. My Windows Vista region and language settings are OK, I double-checked everything. Please tell me how to unglitch this before I trash it all and remorsefully return to my beloved Sims 2...
