So, I am looking for a way to Un restrict my access to The Sims 3. I bought the physical game many years ago - a decade or more ago - went from the transition of Origin, and now this EA app. I understand that I was supposed to link my Sims account to EA, and I did! So why am I restricted now? What's the deal? How to Fix this.

Yes, I've tried to reach out to an advisor, but the link you've shared isn't helpful, as that only tells me how to ask for help via searching up my topic and selecting the "start a chart" button, however when I do that, there's no option to start a chat lol so I was hoping an advisor would reach out to me to initiate the chat.
