Certain Items look broken/invisible (Intel, DX9)

Product: The Sims 4 
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.109.185.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All besides Batuu and a few kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Placing a high school locker
What happens when the bug occurs? When placing a functional locker, it looks broken.
What do you expect to see? The locker go back to normal. (Note: the lockers were fine after the update, but when i installed the new kits and opened my game, they were broken. Not sure if the kits are the issue. Also all mods are updated)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but i removed them
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? After i installed the newest kits

    i placed Mortimer's Secrets Bookcase on to a residential lot and it appears just a shadow. the pack it comes from is discover university, two screenshots have been attached.

    Have any of you tried a game repair yet ?

    For EA app

    1. Close the game
    2. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the game in your library
    3. Choose Repair game

    For Steam:

    1. Close the game
    2. Right Click on the game in your library
    3. Choose Properties
    4. Choose tab Installed Files
    5. Press Verify Integrity of Game Files

    @roseiasingma are you using DX11 or DX9 ? You can check on the lower right corner of the main menu.,

    If you are using DX11, could you try switching to DX9 in your game options ?

    @BandFan851 Someone else had this issue but for them it was mods.

    Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing the mods ? Did you move the mods folder to the desktop or disable them ?

    Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post

    I moved the folder. And i went back into the game and it was still like that
