I'm having the same problem too. Never tried launching a brand before now and I've tried 3 times since last night and each time has crashed my game. I'm on PC.

-lastCrash.txt in \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\
-Crash log. To find this: Open Applications/Utilities/Console.app, click Crash Reports, find the one corresponding to Sims 4, right-click, select "Reveal in Finder".

Apologies the crash log step was only for MAC users as you mentioned @seniorkittens that you are on Windows 10 just last crash and save is enough.

I also have the same issue I'm playing on mac and every time I try to launch a lifestyle brand my game crashes

Btw, when I tried to DM you, it would not let me and said "Access Denied"

Same issue. Windows 10. Just repaired my game files because of another issue and now this is happening. I have tried doing the lifestyle brand twice, each time I go to click accept it just completely closes the game with no error given or anything.

This issue is happening to me as well. Every time you click the checkmark to launch, game closes.

My game has done the same thing x3, eveytimr I try to confirm Lifestyle Brands the game crashes, and it's so disheartening, I love playing sime. Pay so much for the games juts want to be able to play them as intended.

I'm having the same issue over the last few days.  Here is the Google share link to the latest crash text file.  I think I set it properly that you can view it and get what you need. 🙂  

I'm a PC player through Origin, I have never run mods or custom content, and had just never used the playable feature before this week.  Hope it helps you get to the bottom of the issue.

hi, i have been facing this issue and my game has crashed many times, do you know if theres a way to fix it? 

On Xbox One and game crashes everytime as well as soon as you click "Launch Lifestyle Brand" after choosing Name, Target Audience, Logo &Products.

@SimGuruRitzy I have same problem but on my Mac M1 I have all crash files on Googledrive but I can't DM you (NEED PERMISSION TO SEE THIS PAGE.) 

I don't know what to do I want to have a Lifestyle Brand 😭
