The exterior design of Bayview Apartments looks very nice! :) The curved roofing looks very nice! The windows look very nice how they are placed in the build! The water fountain features in the front of the build look so very pretty! Very nice furnishing of the penthouse apartment! Nice windows dining area for sims to enjoy eating a meal at the table with sunshine coming in through the windows. The flowers on the table are pretty for sims to see whilst dining. The window study desk nook looks very nice! The leather seating is nice for sims to sit on whilst using the computer . They will have great views through the windows whilst sitting there. Nice sofa seat sitting area for sims to relax there and have a drink from the bar whilst watching tv. The lobby area is very nice! Nice reception desk nook. The curtains looks nice there. The fish in the tank are restful for sims to see when sitting on the armchairs. The gym room is great! Very nice patterned flooring! Sims will like using the fitness equipment there to keep fit. The blue and white colour scheme of the room looks very nice. Very nice backyard community pool and outdoors dining area! The type of fencing used looks nice. Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool. They will enjoy cooking meals on the grill and eating the food in the outdoors air at the table. It is nice that there are seats there for the sims to sit poolside and chat. The back balconies look very nice.
The build is a very nice place to live ! :)

Seafood Galore looks so very great! :) The large ship and crabs on the roofing looks very great! The water windows, water fountains and lilypads water feature in the front area of the build looks so very pretty! It looks very nice how the windows interconnect! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the restaurant! The bar counter area looks great! The bottles on the side wall, the nectar racks and the bottles shelves on the wall behind the bar counter look great! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar and a chat . The mounted fish look great there! Very nice design of the kitchen. The wall texture looks great. The cabinets look nice how they are placed there to create the stove nook. The utensils wall shelf, kitchen items on the wall shelf , hanging pots, and dish rack are nice touches in the room. Very nice dining room area! It looks very nice how the tables and chairs are set up there. The fish in the aquariums are restful for the sims to see when enjoying sitting there eating their meals. The flowers are pretty touches on the tables. The food pictures on the wall look great! Very nice outdoors patio dining area. Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables eating meals in the outdoors air. The patio warming lamp is a nice touch there, and the fish and boat on the exterior wall suits the theme well! The turtles prints on the floor look great! The type of ceiling lights used in the build look nice.
It is a very nice seafood restaurant venue :)

Industrial Living Factory is very nice! :) Very nice exterior of the home, that reflects well a factory that has been turned into a home. The brown brick wall texture of the exterior and interior walls looks great. The flowers, rocks and hedging along the front of the build looks very nice. The two chimneys look great! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The open plan kitchen and dining area is very nice. Very nice brown, orange and yellow colour scheme. The type of dining chairs used looks nice. Very nice placement of the kitchen cabinets! The bottles and other items look great on the kitchen wall shelves! The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the dining table. The hanging pots look great. The art nook is nice! Sims will enjoy painting on the easel and the sparkles are a nice touch on the floor. The sketches look great on the wall. Very nice baby's room! The giraffe , animal mat and penguin wall pattern looks cute! Nice outdoors pool alcove for sims to enjoy swimming in the water. The water fountains look nice going into the water.
