Apartment GP

Not a bad idea, even though apartments are already included in City Living, and so probably won't be included in any other packs

Even if we can't build them in any world, I wish they'd include a second, empty apartment world, a bit like newcrest.

As for the rest of your idea, I can see an apartment and tiny house pack being a good idea. More compact furnishings for smaller living spaces. I'd really like to see all-in-one kitchens and bathrooms be added. I'd like loft beds, so kids and teens rooms can be more compact.

this is an amazing idea i would absolutely love being able to build apartments and have npc roommates like ts2 the apartments we have atm get boring very quickly

I don't want more shell buildings like those in City Living, even though I completely get the design choice as the world itself adds a city aesthetic to the game. I think it would be nice to get an extra game pack that gives everyone tools to create their own 2 story apartment buildings with like up to 4 "apartments" or even separate houses on one lot, all working as separate "apartments". Much like the system in TS2. Its versatile and I think the community could have a lot of fun with it. Also the addition of functional, animated elevators would benefit all builders. I think this theme could definitely be expanded on!

I'd like for the option to rent rooms in your house/have roommates (without having to add them to family), and maybe bring townhouses back. But I don't think they'd revisit seeing as apartments (however watered down they are compared to ts2) are available in City Living.

It's nothing new (from TS2 apartment life), so I would call it a cliche idea. Heck, I'm sure nobody from ea is oblivious that we want buildable apartments.

i couldn't agree moe all of this please i think a lot of players want this and even though we have had apartments in city living i don;t think they will get the same reaction as with my firt pet because like the guru's said the ep wasn't about apartmens more about living in a city itself
