I have had so much going on these days that I haven't been able to post! So, I am coming back with a build I did for QTSimz shell number 3 challenge. QT had a shell that was partly built but I decided to go a whole different route. I deleted everything but the walls and I added the second story, which was allowed. I had a little inspiration from a picture I had seen of a home with a second story greenhouse (although I would call this more a sunroom, since it's not growing anything.) I wanted this home to feel open and airy with an open concept floorplan. I also wanted it to be a little isolated, so I built it on the little island in Tartosa.
On the first floor, you will find the kitchen with pantry, office, half bath, living room with access to a small balcony to play chess, dining room and a piano space. On the exterior, under the stairs on the back of the home, you will find the laundry. In the front of the home, you will find a gathering space.
On the second floor, you will find the bedroom, bathroom, open porch, sunroom and small gardening area with some gorgeous views.
