Does anyone know how to contact chat support

Ive been having issues with my sims4 on ps4 for two and a half weeks now. Ive reached out on here a few times with no luck. Can anyone guide me how to contact EA help support to chat with an actual agent? I've tried EA help put in my question and its telling me to do things I've already done and not giving me an option to chat with an agent about my ongoing issue. Please and thank you all advance.
