Fully furnished. The master bath is in between the master bedroom and laundry room and theres a walk in closet in between the master bedroom and the other bathroom and a long hallway connecting to the master bedroom and other bedroom in back.Oh, the master bedroom is where the kitchen is in the floorplan and the hallway has a large doorway off the living room.

I had a bit of time to get your build up on the gallery today.It can be found under the name of Montrose Ranch. You can also use THIS LINK to go to it directly.I kept the landscaping to a minimum, just as the reference photos showed. When decorating, I tried to use as few packs as possible, since I wasn't exactly sure which ones you had. I didn't use the move objects cheat, so everything should work without issue. The only two items that are debug are the cars in the garage, so if you want them to show, you'll have to activate the cheat before placing the build. I used the 50 by 40 lot in Newcrest, but it can probably fit on a smaller lot, as needed.I think that's all. Okay. Cool. I think I have a pretty good idea of where things are. Once I get the basic outline set, I'll take pics and post them to confirm. I'm currently at work, but I should be able to whip something up tonight or tomorrow morning at the latest.
