Marigold91 showcase - new build! Greenhouse/garden

This one is a little church inspired by the community centre for the elderly near where I live. It can be used as a traditional wedding venue (will need to add a wedding arch), or a home for a vampire (a coffin for sleeping included in a sort of storage room).

The exterior design of the Church looks very nice! :) It is very special that you have based it on a real life building. The roofing and the tower look great! Very nice exterior wall texture that has been used. The plants and greenery look very nice how they have been placed in the outdoors areas. The placement and type of windows used looks nice and suits well the type of build.The overgrown graveyard nook is very nice! The flowers and plants look nice around the tomb stones. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the Church! Nice foyer area. The book pulpit, the pictures on the walls and the books on the table are nice touches there. It looks very nice the type of and how the chairs have been set up there on either sides of the room, for sims to enjoy sitting and watching the service. The long carpet down the middle aislway and the floor patterning looks very nice! The candles are pretty on the front altar table.
It is a very nice Church! :)

Also really sorry for late reply, been having a bit of a crazy weeks! We're moving town - down to the seaside! think it will inspire a few new builds :D

The exterior design of Castle of Solitude looks very nice! :) The towers and peaked roofing look great ! It looks very nice that it is built on stilts, over the water. The type of windows used suit it being a castle. It sounds a very sad place to live though!

Very beautiful builds! I'm especially drawn to the tower, it's very romantic and the landscaping is spot on! I followed you on the gallery to keep an eye out for your builds. Keep up the awesome work! :)

The modern exterior design of The Neighborhood Gym looks very nice! :) It looks very nice the way the new windows have been used in the build. The grey and blue colour and the texture of the exterior walls looks nice. The greenery is a nice touch either sides of the front windows. The light strips and vertical row of pool lights looks very effective! Very nice trellis covered front entrance to the venue. The furnishing and layout of the interior of the venue looks very nice! Sims will enjoy using the treadmills , punching bags and weight machines to keep fit, whilst listening to music from the wall speaker, or watch the workout videos on the tv to help with their fitness training. The grey brick walls give a great feel to the gym. Very nice corner bar nook. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools after doing the fitness activities, and have a drink from the bar. The fruit bowl is a nice touch there The indoors pool area is very nice! Sims will enjoy swimming there. It is nice that there is a massage table room in the venue. Sims will like having a restful massage, and the wall of candles and the zen decor are calming for them to see whilst laying on the table.
It is a very nice gym venue for sims to enjoy visiting! :)

Hi guys! How are we all doing? First of all: I've reached 1k downloads on the gallery!!! Thank you all so much for the nicest of comments, and the tips and tricks. Not to even mention, for all of the support and for being such an amazing, creative community that's so full of love and have embraced me when I've joined just a few months ago!

Anyway, onto today's build!

So we're getting laundry huh? I've personally voted for off the grid (but laundry sounds good too!) so when I saw the off the grid challenge over on sims community I just had to do a build for it! And here it is: gallery link

As the challenge goes, there is no electric appliances, all the lights are candles. I have naughtily placed a bathtub and a toilet which aren't meant to be in it: they are the ones you can build on a bathtub, so I suggest deleting them and trying to get you sims to the level of building them themselves, just for the added fun. In the mean time there is a lake your sims can swim in, and a woo-hoo bush for the other plumbing needs. there is also an outdoors garden space, and a greenhouse for all of your planting needs :)

There are 3 bedrooms, a study, kitchen, 1 bathroom and a sitting room.
