More Needed: New Vacation Destination vs New Supernatural Life State

I'd like to see another World Adventures type expansion. I know, most people write off World Adventures because it wasn't pets or seasons or college, but long term, it definitely added the most to the Sims 3 experience. Every Sim could do it, there was three distinct locales, and a slew of stuff to discover. Part of the problem in Sims 4 is that there is no sense of discovery.

Also, what else would you like added to Ghosts, just curious. They’re on par with what we’ve had previously IMO.

Well, I've never liked that they have the same needs as human sims. That's my biggest peeve with ghosts. I also don't think they should age (but should be allowed to go into the netherworld via tombstone.) I want more general gameplay for them, vampire style. Powers and weaknesses that give them more individuality. Maybe ooze ectoplasm over objects and sims. Cause the entire room to chill/make sims shiver. Actually scare other sims instead of Just making them tense and the possibility of being scared to death. I want baby ghosts back. Never liked that they change colors constantly, I prefer that they keep the color associated with their deaths but that's a minor annoyance. Just a few ideas off the top of my head, but I'm sure that the developers can brainstorm much better than I can.

To me, ghosts are like the simbots in Sims 3. I want plumbots. :)

More lifestates please. Fairies, witches/wizards, werewolves, simbots... something new please.

Vacation worlds imo. We only have one - the loneliest number. Even though the appeal of going on vacation is usually only exciting the first time, having a lot to choose from and rotating between them makes vacations a lot more enjoyable. I'm honestly sick to death of camping too. It was fun the first time but not the 100th time.

I'm also not really an avid fan of supernaturals. I don't mind having them around, but having too many will turn this into a fantasy RPG and less of a life simulation. That said, I welcome other supernaturals to the game, but I won't be using them too much, and I would still prefer vacation worlds if I could only have one or the other.

It's a hard question, but I really want witches more than anything (other than seasons) at this point. I would love a new vacation spot too, but I have way more fun with witches than I ever likely would a vacation world.

I think that the game needs both. We had several GPs this past year, I don't see why we need to make this an either/or question.

Personally, I'd like to see more vacation options in my game. Yes, I would like a beach theme but I am also open to other ideas including an alpine vacation or something more cultural or a new concept. That is a subject area that will interest me.

I won't complain at all about the release of another supernatural GP for those wanting it though.

Clearly, there is a lot of demand for both of those areas. I don't really care which one comes next because I have enough content to last me for a while, I'd just like to see another vacation option preferably sometime next year. There's no reason why we can't see both next year just like we had Vampires, Parenthood and pets. (Yes, C&D was an EP but it was a concept that a lot of people were asking for which is why I mention it).

I know that there's also a lot of demand for Seasons and for teen/school/university content too. We'll probably eventually see all of those.

Why not both?

Supernatural life state for me. Especially if they are as good as The Vamps Gamepack.

I'd like to have a new life state but I'm more for a new vacation spot. Something like a mountain retreat or a beach where the sims can swim in the ocean would be cool.

@jackjack_k Not to nitpick, but we technically have 4 life states, not 3.

Ghosts and Plant sims are both base game, and we have Vampires and Aliens.

The plant sims are kind of half baked and only a temporary life state, but still a life state none the less. Might wanna edit!


That being said, I can never have enough life states.
