Nightlife/Late Night for TS4?

Because Get Together is not TS2 Nightlife or TS3 Late Night.

Which elements would you like for this pack?

Mine are: Pool tables for Base Game, more swimming pools gameplay, mechanic bull and chemistry/attraction system, or zodiac.

Other ones could be acrobats and magicians like in TS3 Showtime.

Finally, bands.

Isn't Get Together already like Late Night?

EP02 Get Together is the part 1. GP04 Dine Out is part 2 and EP03 City Living is part 3.

Nightlife theme isn't fully covered yet.

    And Bowling Night
  • Nightlife and Late Night add bars and nightclubs as central features, which are of course base game in Sims 4. Major gameplay systems (as opposed to standalone objects) in Nightlife are "going on dates, with rewards for success" and "going on outings with multiple friends at the same time" which are of course base game in Sims 3 and 4.

We haven't had a pack on that theme for years so I suppose the people who buy everything might enjoy some new things, but I couldn't say we needed it.

The night Party Animal sims (Party outfits) invade the streets and the day it's the turn of Business/Corporate employees (Suit outfits) and Tourists.

Multi-service rabbitholes could offer additional entertainment (Movies, opera, concert of different music style, ... )

Please, no more rabbitholes. Or make them as hidden lots, so we can use them as rabbitholes, but if we want to accompany the sims the hidden lot opens up.

I agree with @SimSoon . We don't need a dedicated Night Life Expansion pack because the core game play elements of such a pack are already in base game this time around. Get Together expands on the night life concept by adding a bunch of game play objects for night spots and introducing a tool for directing autonomous behavior in group outings.

@LeGardePourpre has a lot of great suggestions. I just feel that these items would make more sense divided between a House Party game pack and a Music Festival Expansion pack. Of course, if we get a Music Festival EP it should also include a lot of music and performance-related game play, not just objects for setting up a music venue or festival. For a House Party GP, I would be fine if the main selling point was a ton of game play objects, like the original House Party expansion (I see you @thatsnotsweg ). Maybe introduce some new types of parties while they're at it.

Yes I really hope for another city world. I love San My but it is nothing party vibes like NYC or Vegas.

I missed Sims 3 entirely but I played sims 1 thoroughly and the beginning before expansion packs Sims 2. I really think casinos and card table games would make the game fun. Literally a game with win and lose in the game, and in an easy fashion this game can seem to handle.
    @crocobaura
I love this game so much, but I do understand how anyone else watching me play this game can ask - how can you play such a boring game- when there are a plethora of action packed games. How this game is different is that you create world and the joy is experiencing it, while that can be possible taxing ot developing, I do not think it is impossible to offer a little more than rabbit hole and text (d&d style) to make the game seem "cult" or in that fashion. I mean twenty years ago tomb raider would have a movie play, in highly realistic graphics, as some pay off for such hard work. Literally it's a video game and they can play a freaking video for the first person movie experience. The can also offer more for traveling loading screens.

The infinite long loading screens with what insults the most with little to no pay off. I lack when we are hooked makes use thirsty to buy more packs for more experience- I suspect is there strategy. I can't even build anymore with all the lag in build buy if I type. We need more exciting game play- and the PG rating is not in the nightlife category.

I prefer Sims 1 was marketing to a young adult market. Blowing bubbles in a nightclub is a little too insulting as well.
I saw sims 3 had bachelor parties with strippers popping out of the cake- What happened. I really hope they unDisney this franchise.

Pool tables and some more naughty things with a seedy city would be rad. Videos instead of pop up text please.

@Eleri I have been saying for the longest bands and music festivals. I also imagine art center or arena pits and performance centers acting more like the Studios in Del Sol Valley with game play interaction. I make my out music festivals and spring break festivals with get together, bu ti requires a lot to the imaginations and endless hours in cas for the groups. I wish it could be like Spooky party where people just show up at the door dressed in theme for the party. And then it can be based also on theme of the festivals too.

I mean the neighborhoods are already full of useless decorative buildings so I prefer to give them a purpose to make the place more interesting.

San Myshuno is poor without rabbithole business, a big city without movie theater and shopping street isn't really a big city.

The world shouldn't be limited to the playable lots, there is life off-screen.

I know that the decorative buildings are bad, but are the rabbitholes any better? I have never used the clothing shop rabbit hole as there's no need for it. Same with the grocery store in Chestnut Ridge, it's nice that it's there, but not really useful as we can buy most things from the phone or directly from the fridge. Would have preferred if they made it a stand, same functionality but wouldn't take up as much space. As for San Myshuno, what can I say, the world is done don't think they will update it to add rabbit holes, and to be honest I wouldn't want big rabbit holes there anyway. I have added my own mall there, but the way shopping works it's not much fun either.

Once again, rabbitholes won't bother you if you ignore them but it will add fun for the players who like to use them.
It's more "realistic" if the sims can go to the grocery store rabbithole than instant delivery.

You know Cars, Bikes and Horses are not really useful when your sim is able to "teleport" anywhere but players want these features.

It bothers me when they make the town center all rabbitholes and decorative buildings and place playable lots on the outskirts of the town or far away in the bushes. Cars, bikes and horses are playable elements, rabbitholes are the equivalent of teleport everywhere, not the bikes or the horses. It should be about the journey, not the destination. This is how we got shopping from the fridge, because developers thought it's enough that sims can cook and didn't consider shopping for food an interesting enough experience to add to the game from the start. The grocery store rabbit hole is not even realistic and offers the same experience as shopping from the phone.
