SIMS IN BLOOM CHALLENGE - CH 1 - GEN 1

SIMS IN BLOOM - DAISY BLOOM - GEN 1 - SUMMER  BIRTHDAYS

It was soon time for Basil and Buttercup's Toddler Birthday. Daisy made a hamburger cake again.

Basil was first and he got the Independent trait (random roll). He had a few quirks from his Infant years.

Next was Buttercup, who got the Charmer trait (random roll) and she got the Happy Infant reward.  She also had a few quirks from her Infant years.

The twins were very happy playing in the garden, and both Daisy and Faiz helped them with their skills and sometimes had to discipline them, too.

Basil was quite the wanderer and loved to explore and babble to the plants in the garden.

Daisy seemed to take more of an interest in the wild animals that frequented their home, and soon was friends with a fox. Could this be the Gen. 2 heir?

Even though they were busy with the twins, Faiz always found a moment to declare his love for Daisy.

Daisy continued to lead her yoga classes and soon maxed the wellness skill.

She also reached the top of the Gardener career, and was now a PhD of Pollen. (Daisy has now completed all the requirements for Gen 1, except have 5 perfect plants).

Edmund Leighton (one of the random sims), even came over and gave Daisy a gift on her final promotion. It was gummy bear pancakes.

Faiz continued to work on floral arrangements and practiced the violin. He was invited to be a member of the Garden Gnomes, and he accepted, as the club's activities coincided with their own Family Club. He was very much a stay-at-home Dad.

In preparation for Summer Fun Day (a holiday I made), and the twins' birthday, they added a patio out front.

 They invited some friends over, and Basil and Buttercup played in the wading pool. (Barry Varner, one of the random sims, is playing with Basil),

Faiz had found an old stereo in the dumpster and fixed it, and soon everyone was dancing to the music.

And then it was time for the birthday celebration. Both Basil and Buttercup had maxed all their Toddler skills.

Faiz helped Basil blow out his candles, and he received the *Goofball trait and the Playtime Captain Aspiration (randomly assigned).

Daisy helped Buttercup age up, and she received the Geek trait and the Whiz Kid Aspiration (randomly assigned).

Here they are, fresh out of CAS. Clothing colors are a mix of green and yellow.

* Notes: According to the Gen 2 rules, the traits are Geek, Cat Lover and unflirty. When I was assigning their traits I was looking at the Base Game Challenge Rules for Sims in Bloom (traits there are Geek, Goofball and Non-Committal), and incorrectly assigned the Goofball trait to Basil.
