Aww thank you Vihisha. I love the new blue nooo booo. Next update she becomes a child. Can't wait to see what she will look like. House is up to around 130 now...slowly we climb LOL.

I also play with Shimrods CAS Modifier fix. I love that I can get elf sims by having one of the parents be an alien, then play with genetics. His mod takes ALL features in account unlike EA's which doesn't always. That mod can be found here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=538744

I have been using both of these since they came out and have had no issues. You do have to keep up to date with them which means checking their page. I just check it once a month on the 1st or whenever I think about it. I don't use the scan for pregnancy because I like to be surprised. :)

You can pick which story progression things you want. Like if you just want the pregnancy you can pick to just have that one. Just cut and paste it in your mod folder. I don't have all of them but the dresser. Which I should get. I hate that they don't stay in their work outfits sometimes...they spin twice. But it doesn't bug me enough I guess because I don't have the dresser.

@mocajava I am telling you that if I don't make it, I might go down to easy LOL. This difficult is difficult. Depreciation is a bummer. House is jumping up and down in price. Crazy...once I get it all built though I am hoping I can just replace stuff to keep the value up. Glad you having fun.
