‘Singles Hangout’ Lot Trait Not Really Working?

On the occasion I travel to lots with the trait ‘singles hangout’ I notice no single sims. Why is that, and has this happened for anyone else? Example, I just showed up at a lot with that trait (it’s Monday at 9 pm in game.)  and the only sims there are Hector Laurent (married,) Victor Feng (also married,) and the bartender. Tf??

    I don't think the Hangout traits affect who is on the lot or in the neighborhood when you arrive. Instead, they affect who is likely to visit the neighborhood and lot while you are there. Give the singles some time to appear.
