New idea for sims4 or sims in general

Idk if they'll see this but here goes.  

It would be really nice if sims4 would be able to allow simmers to buy things from packs, etc. individually. 

It's just my opinion but I majority of the time just build and some of the items that come with buying the full packs I don't even use so I'm not even getting my money's worth. It would be nice to just be able to buy what we actually want from those packs. 

2.  It would be nice to have textured wall papers, sculpted wall papers or something. 

3. Even though I know we can make a square box and knock out one wall to put shelves in to make our own built ins. It would be nice to have pre made built ins of different shapes and sizes so that we don't have that open space at the top or bottom of them. 

4. Would be nice if there were some more animals even if they weren't animated like the cats and dogs. It would be nice to build an aquarium or a zoo or a museum but the animals are so limited. 

5.  It'd be nice to get spiral stairs, but I'll take a odds and ends like pack. 

Throw some modern ceiling shower heads in there, a couple of 1 by two square or 6square couches (idk if that's making since so just bigger couches, ones sims would kinda be the length of a pool lounge) that also have the options to have different pieces like the ones from home decor. Throw some California king and/or bigger beds. More pillows, maybe some throw blankets.  Maybe let it come with another update to add more swatches so we can actually match stuff to stuff. Speaking of which throw the other ends to stuff or matches to stuff we already have in the pack too. 

5. It would be nice to have pre made water features like flat fountains the fit in the builds like the big hot spring tub. So that we can place water features throughout our builds without the room below it being disturbed. 

Also a wallpaper and floor pack with just some more fun and creative wall-ing and flooring stuff. 

That's all I could think of at the moment but I hope some of these may spark some interest for future content.
