While the ability to turn it off separate from balance is welcome, I do hope they will tweak it better to be less frequent and maybe providing more of a clear cause for each ailment so that you know how to avoid it. It should be more likely to happen when trying to live outdoors. A pity they had to toss that in with the fairy pack instead of focusing on more magical content instead.
I am a bit disappointed that there's no lethal ailment either, would have been a good opportunity for a new possible death. Should be a rare ailment for sure but it could have been interesting.
