@ibrahem00090 those options aren't possible because of the age rating of the Sims 4 as PEGI 12. It has a wide appeal to most age groups as a result.

We dreaming to be sims game like rockstar games gta but in ea style with more realistic like Sims 3 she was good and page 18+ i hope EA can do it
I agree with this. While it's understandable that the game needs to be suitable for all audiences, I think it goes a bit too far. It feels overly "positive vibes", with colors that are way too bright, impossibly green grass, and animations that are too goofy and cartoony. There aren't any tragic or sad situations in the pre-made families, just some mild dramas. The Sims 3 had the right tone and knew how to use innuendos to subtly add some spice. The Sims 4 is closer to Disney Dreamlight Valley, and it ends up feeling too artificial. In terms of immersion, this direction has been very unfavorable.
