Additional Collection Tracking in Notebook

I was excited by the revamped notebook interface we got last year, with an updated outlay for the Fishing and Gardening discoveries, not to mention the cleaner Household Collections interface.

I would like to see more categories added to tracking discoveries in the notebook.  For example, Elements and Frog Breeding.

Elements can be extracted from both crystals and metals and by calling the Geo Council you discover what elements they contain.  The Geo Council information appears in a notification, but is not retained elsewhere in game.  If you are collecting crystals/metals (and thus elements) every few days, that notification is difficult to find again or has already been deleted.  So you end up ringing the Geo Council repeatedly for information about what elements can be refined. Or referring to a source outside the game in the form of a wiki, or fan made infographic.  The information that appears in the notification is exactly the information that can appear in the notebook. 

Frog breeding.  Not every frog is easily collectable in game, some are easier to obtain in the form of cross-breeding.  Many have names that suggest their origins; Striped Dirt Frog must have been from a cross between a Striped frog and a Dirt Frog.  But others are not as clear, such as Bullseye Frog.  To save recreating frogs that have already been bred, without having to rely on an outside source, it would be great if the notebook could track combinations that have already been used. 

These are examples from just basegame, but I am sure there are collections from other DLC that could also have additional information tracked in the notebook.
