Allow is to edit the outside of apartments (where sims spawn)

I believe i speak for the whole of the sims community when i ask that you allow us to edit the outside of apartments. Some of them for example the Jasmine Suites are very minimal in decor and it would make 10x better if we could edit it to fit our style. Aswell as this allowing us to edit the main doors used for the apartments to better fit our style.
