Body customization update

Can we be able to use muscles and fat sliders spearetedly on Base Game? Like only arms or torso? I think this would help to create more specific and unique bodies for sims and give us, players, more customization. 

The team could go with an easy way (arms, legs and torso) or a extended way (left/right upper/low arm, chest, abs, backs, etc.)

I also wish we had a better cutomization of chest and abs like allowing us to have it on different styles to show body diversity:

And finally an upgrade to the sims bodies being more anatomically accurate and much more realistic showing the proper muscles, bones, etc.
