Bugs & Issues with the game 19 August

Well, first of all, thank you for creating such a creative and inclusive game. I know how much work goes into developing the amazing graphics and interactions that bring it to life. I’ve been playing since 2005.

I am a classic player, and by that I mean someone who doesn’t download mods or out of platform games. I keep my PC in order and run everything as intended.

However, over the last couple of years, I’ve been experiencing more and more issues with the game, and at this point it is almost unplayable. The screen frequently freezes, Sims keep walking around with umbrellas indoors when it is raining, and restaurants don’t function properly (sometimes the cooks don’t cook, and other times the guests wait hours for their meals). Altogether, this creates a negative and frankly exhausting experience. The end result?

1. I no longer buy new games, because of all the issues they carry.

2. I end up quitting after only half an hour of play.

And before you suggest anything, yes:

1. I have already looked into possible fixes for these issues.

2. My PC is compatible and fairly new.

3. I have restarted the game and tried troubleshooting.

So please, are there any plans to address the ongoing screen freezing issues? Do you have any suggestions?
