I I'm attempting to run a psychic small business and there is no employee task for a seance (there is a guest task for "do seances" but I don't think the employee can offer an seance for/with a guest).
Also there is no guest task to ask for a tarot reading (but there is an employee task)

I just made a separate post, but I would love for the Sims Team to add the ability to tend to a styling chair from Get Famous. That way, people could open up hair/makeup salons

I also wish you could have a class/lecture on spellcasting or potion making - I'm guessing the reason you can't is because they aren't "skills".... really annoying

Horse riding is missing so you can't create an equestrian centre. You can care for animals, but it doesn't include actually riding a horse.

I just made a separate post about this, I'd love to use the Photostudio or even just the camera with tripod on the small business. I wanted to operate an Art Gallery/Photo Studio in my home lot but "take photos" is not one of the activities in the small business list.

Horse riding! With this pack I was hoping for a functional equestrian center so much, thats such a disappointment;(

Hoped to see some love for Get Famous's Styling Chair and Pedestal. But there are no activities using it unfortunately.
Play On Playground Equipment doesn't include Hopscotch and Marbles.
Play Physical Games should include Football Toss.
No activities related to Hot Pots.
These are all that come to my mind right now.

I've been playing and these are some of the things I wish this pack had:
- more interactions with employees. Most of my employees don't do the assigned tasks and I would like to be able to direct them to a task when they are off task.
- more sales interactions with customers other than welcome and enthuse over repeat business
- To set price modifiers for individual shelves, currently I can do it for the whole business only. It would be nice to have a sale shelf or clearance shelf
- I purchased a few more venues because I wanted to own multiple businesses but it defaulted all my businesses to my original.
- I would like to be able to sale individual venues I've purchased without having to sell my entire business since they are all the same business
- Fix it so customers should leave when the business closes
- Fix it so customers don't access areas designated as employee only or residence, customers should not be able to access but they do

I think it's odd that employees can't autonomously make pottery. Since this is the pottery pack.
I also think that there should be "stock buffet table" as an employee action. Or just make that a part of "cook".Employees should also stock food in places that aren't employee only so that guests can get to food.

It’s not a missing activity, but “conservation activities” for Island Living just doesn’t function at all so I’m not sure why they even made that a small business activity. Based off the testing I’ve been doing I think it’s because customers only do activities accessible within the boundaries of your lot. It does specify the activity is only for your business thats on a beach, but I tried 3 separate beach lots in Sulani and none of them worked. I honestly don’t know why they included that as an activity since it’s just there padding out the list for no reason.
Another one that exists that’s almost equally as disappointing is “riding water vehicles” (something along those lines). I tried building a jet ski rental in Sulani and it didn’t work at all. Well kind of. You can sort of make it work from the perspective of running the buisness, but it’s extremely tedious because as soon as a customer is out on open water they’ll just leave the jet ski abandoned wherever they stop riding. Then you have to go have your sim manually retrieve each jet ski or canoe by swimming out to it and putting them back in your inventory one by one. This business also just doesn’t work at all while playing as someone visiting as a customer for the same reasons mentioned. There is no “round up watercraft and put them back on the dock” option.
So again I ask, why what’s this activity included on the list of small business activities? It’s honestly useless and only pads out the list of activities so they can claim the expansion pack has tons of cross pack compatibility. I mean even the “Grill” activity doesn’t recognize the in ground BBQ pits from Island Living as BBQ pits (despite what it says in the description) so I can’t even make a proper Luau small business venue. Basically island living just isn’t compatible with this expansion at all despite them pretending it is.
