It’s not a missing activity, but “conservation activities” for Island Living just doesn’t function at all so I’m not sure why they even made that a small business activity. Based off the testing I’ve been doing I think it’s because customers only do activities accessible within the boundaries of your lot. It does specify the activity is only for your business thats on a beach, but I tried 3 separate beach lots in Sulani and none of them worked. I honestly don’t know why they included that as an activity since it’s just there padding out the list for no reason.
Another one that exists that’s almost equally as disappointing is “riding water vehicles” (something along those lines). I tried building a jet ski rental in Sulani and it didn’t work at all. Well kind of. You can sort of make it work from the perspective of running the buisness, but it’s extremely tedious because as soon as a customer is out on open water they’ll just leave the jet ski abandoned wherever they stop riding. Then you have to go have your sim manually retrieve each jet ski or canoe by swimming out to it and putting them back in your inventory one by one. This business also just doesn’t work at all while playing as someone visiting as a customer for the same reasons mentioned. There is no “round up watercraft and put them back on the dock” option.
So again I ask, why what’s this activity included on the list of small business activities? It’s honestly useless and only pads out the list of activities so they can claim the expansion pack has tons of cross pack compatibility. I mean even the “Grill” activity doesn’t recognize the in ground BBQ pits from Island Living as BBQ pits (despite what it says in the description) so I can’t even make a proper Luau small business venue. Basically island living just isn’t compatible with this expansion at all despite them pretending it is.
