What interactions / activities do you think are missing for Small Businesses in B&H? Either for guests or employees.

I have a sims running a floral shop and their is no Employee Task for Flower Arranging.
There are lots of other tasks missing for employees related to arts and crafts: knitting, crochet, candle making, etc.
