Can we have a non-tropical beach world as basegame?

it doesn't have to be europe but i sure want a non-tropical beach for a change Sulani, Tartosa and Tomarang are all tropical beaches so i want a first non-tropical beach world com...

Brindleton Bay is based on northeastern US and perhaps southeastern Canada.  But I wouldn't mind another deciduous-climate beach world.  :)
