Can we please have mortgages/loans

I think it would be great to add mortgages and loans into TS4. A great way to be more realistic and make the game more fun/harder if Sims had the ability to take out a loan for their new house. Interest rate rises etc. This would have been a great feature for the Motherlode season 😉
