I have newborns on my family trees I think u should open bug report for this.
As I said in another comment, it's not a bug, you only see a limited number of children at a time. My parent currently has had 11 kids but can only see 9 at a time. I go to their mom and the same thing happens, only seeing 9 at a time. But I do see different siblings when I click on the different siblings.
