Doctor Career Feedback

The way the game work it's a lot for our active sim to run the entire hospital. It's actually nearly impossible to get through all the patients on our own, it also still gives us completion goals that orderly should do like making the exam bed up. I think it'd be a great idea to at least have another doctor programmed to help since it already takes longer to run the bigger test to diagnose, I also think the orderly should clean and make beds and the nurses can sit patients down. The front desk worker also does not do much.
