I also want to mention this fact. Every time I have an issue in my game, the very 1st question is - have you removed all your cc and mod's. do that and if the problem is still there let us know. So I see cc and mod as nothing more than an excuse to blame the player for the issue with the game. Is that harsh? Perhaps, but it is my opinion and I am not pointing fingers at anyone and I will always refuse to use cc or mod because of this reason also. One thing I can say about me through all this - since it has been well over 4 or 5 years since I lost the aspiration/trait/bb, to never get it again because of cc. Hold a grudge much... apparently I do!
