Early graduates shouldn’t get school related ask for advice pop ups anymore

It just doesn’t make much sense for a teen that’s done high school to get those pops up anymore when they no longer apply to them. 

My one early graduate sim gets the school is stupid one a lot lately making it especially annoying. She didn’t get it anywhere near this often when she was actually in school and now that shes been done for weeks it’s pretty much the only one she ever gets. 😩
