I have been experiencing this too since the last update. It is making me so mad. I have all the packs. For the last few years I have been pre ordering the packs so I pay the full price always. You would think I would be left alone with in game ads but no..
The keep appearing on top of normal in game pop ups so I can't read those before clinking the shopping cart ones away.
I have seen some comments asking others if they play with mods and cc. Since I do, I have to check it without them in a new save but i just turned my computer of for the day. I will report back.
