Fix Autonomy of Ranch Hand...Please!!!!

I have a similar issue. The ranch hand, and I've had 3 different ones and they all do the same thing, they will clean the stables but won't clean the chicken coop, cow or llama. They will occasionally clean the sheep and goat, but not always. They will always go inside and play piano, swing and wash their hands repeatedly. I've tried locking the door, but then no one can enter the house who isn't family.  It's so annoying and makes me want to not even have the ranch hand.
