I always to open a Sim Simoleans account outside of the main household. Also I would love for a prison gameplay like we have the criminal career why not have consequences like you forget to pay your sim bill more then enough you go to jail or break into someone's house or kleptomaniac they get a chance of getting caught and fighting.
