Gallery: Please let us block/hide uploads from certain creators

I don't download Sims from the Gallery, but I do take a look through creations on the homepage occasionally to see if I see a player that I know. It concerns me that as a console player I can see some Sims like this that are perhaps not flagged as CC/modded when they should be. If a console player was to download these Sims they'd look completely different because many of  these looks can't be achieved on console.
