Sims can undergo a variety of cosmetic procedures, including plastic surgeries, facial injections, and other beauty treatments that cost so much simoleans. Players can change their Sims’ faces and bodies to suit their desired aesthetics, but with a catch—there's a risk of botched procedures! Sims may undergo surgeries like rhinoplasty, lip fillers, chin implants, breast augmentations, and more, with both successful and unsuccessful results (much lower chance). If a procedure goes wrong, Sims might end up with exaggerated features like a crooked nose, overly plump lips, or unbalanced proportions.
Additionally, Sims can make hair color changes with hair dye, with a variety of new hair color shades.
Also Sims can go to solarium for tanning. (Sun tanning icon chane bug from island living should ebe fixed)
Bandages/Wraps: After a surgery, Sims will wear visible bandages or wraps on their faces or bodies, depending on the procedure. The length of the recovery period will depend on the surgery's severity.
Scarring & Permanent Marks: In case of botched surgeries, scars or permanent damage could remain, affecting the Sim’s appearance for the rest of their life.
Recovery/Salvage Operation: When the operation went wrong or sims want to go default version there can be recovery operation.
Genetics System for Children: Children born from Sims who have undergone these surgeries and aesthetic modifications will inherit their parents’ original genetics, including hair color and facial features.
