Give an Option to Order Replacement Birth Certificates & Diplomas

Ok so it always bothered be that Birth Certificates and Diplomaa could accidentally get deleted with no way to recover them.  A simple solution to this is to have an option on the computer to order ...

Also, Tombstones/Urns! (Even if a cheat)

If your Sims dies off lot like in the world by lightning you can not get your tombstone even if you became a playable ghost or revived from CCSP immortal jewelry. You can miss it/it gets lost, and you never get another one even if you die again.
