How is this game only going further downhill?

Anyone else not able to access this freaking game??? It was bad enough dealing with the MULTITUDE of issue over the last few weeks since the pre-patch released, but I was finally excited to get new gameplay upon the pack release, however, I CANNOT EVEN PLAY THE GAME. I get to the loading screen where it's all grayed out and doesn't let you click on anything, so I have to use task manager to force quit the game over and over now for 2 days. I have tried every fix on the internet and even have been asking AI to help with last exception errors and it appears its all due to an issue with an in-game pop up....like SERIOUSLY? On top of it, when I try to repair the game, it stops at the fairies pack and prompts a message saying my ownership was deleted or disabled and that I don't own it.....despite pre-ordering over a month ago. And of course, when i go to the store or my pack list, it confirms I have purchased it....

These last few years have been absolutely killing me. I don't feel like there 's an excuse for it at this point. This game has been around long enough, and yet instead of fixing issues they just keep dropping packs and creating MORE issues. I'm so tired of it. Can someone please figure out how the hell to fix my game?? I don't spend all of this money to keep getting screwed out of gameplay.
