Idea: World preferences

I think having a nationality system on CAS that works like traits that allows sims to show up on certain worlds would be really cool and perfect for us players to create our own stories and characters more appropriately. 

Like I can give to a sim numerous world traits to a sim a they will show up at every world, but if i only give Willow Creek and Magnolia Promenade they will only show up at these worlds and no other.

Maybe it could even be a Like/Dislike category for Worlds idk and they'd show up more frequwntly on liked worlds, show up rarely on not prefered worlds and kot show up ever on disliked worlds.
