Instead of just being able to travel to the hospital to have a baby, you should be able to travel there for a wellness check or a doctor's visit. Menstrual cycles would also be good for women and be able to go grocery shopping at an actual store instead of online. It would be nice to have a clothing shop to buy more clothes to put in a dresser and change. A salon to get your hair and nails done, and also get pedicures and manicures. A big thing here, after they are done vacuuming, let it go back to its spot and not into your inventory backpack. I know it's a mod, but it would be nice if they would make child support mandatory. Make things more realistic. Soooo many growing opportunities for the Sims. And instead of all these expansion packs to get them, just do small updates. I know they need to make their money, but some of it's normal stuff that don't need an expansion pack. Since the high school years added the leg hair, arm hair and facial hair growing. Why can't they have actual Sims hairs on their head, grow, then you can either get it cut or cut it yourself. And a water bowl for a dog and cat would be nice. Bugs me everytime I play the game. I know they can drink out of toilet, puddles, etc. But you have options to scold them to not do it, then they have nothing. When you have a baby by another person, it should automatically go as the baby dad's last name, because it's hard to remember some of these people's names. Also, when you get engaged, you should automatically be wearing a ring instead of having to put one on, when it shows it being put on. The grass would be nice to actually grow and you can mow your yard too, or weed eat. When a baby becomes colicky, you should be able to take it to a doctor.
