Kit/Stuff Pack Idea #2

Dear Sims Team!  Can you, please bring us a late 70's & 80's comfy build kit or stuff pack?  I'd also like a 90's inspired CAS kit (in a separate post).  The next pictures are themed for the late 80's/90's.  It would be a nice theme for a CAS kit or even another build/buy kit. I am an older (almost 50) Sims player, and I'd like to see some things like what I grew up with.

These 2 pics show the clash of patterns popular in the 80's/90's.  Note the loud primary color mix and lots of hot pink and fluorescents.

Fabrics in the 80’s were either very loud or very floral.  Here are some fabric swatches.

Converse, ballet flats, leg warmers, and berets where all in at the time.  Also, slouchy socks and the ever-present stirrup pants.

Some of the athletic/exercise clothing.  Although, these ladies probably would have been wearing high-tops, which were big in the 80’s and 90’s.  New, plain colors for the head band and wrist band would be nice.  Leg warmers, leotards, stirrup pants, and **bleep** packs are a must.

Gotta have the parachute pants and fluorescent color-blocked shirt/jackets. Not to mention the vibrant graphic tees.  Note the hairstyles.

Don't forget denim everything.  Along with very white canvas/leather shoes.

Of course, there is also the Fresh Prince look, with the hair.  Look at that shirt!  And, the belt (or belts in general) is a must.

We need the Tom Selleck mustache and the Miami Vice fashion and hairstyles.

Add big bangs, side ponytails (with scrunchies), and teased hair; along with big geometric earrings and bright bold makeup looks.

Finally, the Farah Fawcett, David Hasselhoff, and Hair Bands' hairs.  These are also iconic.

Here is a checklist of what I would like in an 80’s/90’s CAS Kit/Pack:

            Loud/Fluorescent colors mixed in with big Florals; florals for dresses and loud colors for casual/athletic/party clothing

            Poofy sleeves, princess skirt, bows, lots of lace, and pointed waist dresses, especially a wedding dress (not shown) and/or 1 or 2 formal dresses (not shown)

            Leotard, T-shirt dress, long cardigan, Denim jacket, Letterman’s jacket (not shown), Color-blocked jacket/shirt, Leather jacket, and graphic T-Shirt in loud colors; also, long t-shirt with side clasp (not shown)

            Stirrup pants, Parachute pants, Overalls – long and short, Culottes (not shown), and Denim jeans (in all colors from whitewashed to dark)

            Miami Vice and Hawaii 5-0 type suits/Hawaiian shirts (not shown)

            Berets, **bleep** packs, Geometric jewelry, thin plastic bracelets (not shown), Leg warmers, Slouchy socks, and Belts of all kinds

            Added colors to the exercise headband and wristband – plain colors and bright colors without stripe; also, the long, striped socks – plain colors without stripes

            Hairs:

Male:  Fresh Prince type with shaved sides, flat top (can be either tall or short or both); Miami Vice/David Hasselhoff short-ish hair; and two words – Hair Bands

Female:  Teased, Crimped, Hair sprayed to death hair; Big Bangs; Side ponytails with large colorful scrunchies (can we get those as color changing, instead of only changing colors with the hair color?); Farah Fawcett wings/Feathered hair

Facial Hair:  Tom Selleck mustache

            Make-up for both males (think Boy George, Sister Sister, or David Bowie) and females:  Big, bold eyeshadows; Dark contours/blush; Bright highlights; and Big, bold lips; And, we need the KISS makeup

I hope you take this request into consideration.  Some of us older simmers really would like to recreate our childhood/teenage fashion fads.  You could call the kit/pack something like Fashion Before Millenials or just the Big Bold Kit.
