Laundry List (Sept 16, 2025) is unreadable on Mobile Devices

I normally do not tag EA staff in posts, but this small detail seemed time-sensitive and crucial (since so many of us use mobile to keep up with updates on-the-go). Sorry Cade, I promise I won't make it a habit! 😅

Thanks for the heads up! For clarity, you're referring to the Laundry List posted in the Sims Info Hub and not the one on EA.com, correct?

Sorry for the delay! No, actually the opposite...

✅ TEXT WRAPS = Sims Info Hub

✂️ TEXT CUT-OFF = EA.com

Various Info: Android, Google Chrome Browser

STEPS TO RECREATE:

1. Open The Sims Official Channel on Discord
2. Open "sims-direct" channel.
3. Tap on this link at the bottom of "sims-direct" channel.
4. Confirm "Visit Site" (skipable if EA.com is marked as trusted).
5.  Site loads, but Laundry List is cut off midway.

NOTE: Even if I copy/paste the url directly into the Chrome browser on my Android, the issue remains (Laundry List remains cut off).

Today's (Sept. 18th) patch notes are also cut off for Android mobile users. 

1st pic, viewing the "Desktop Site" on Google Chrome Browser on a Samsung Moble Device.

2nd pic, normal Google Chrome view when using an Android Samsung Mobile device.

As you can see, the patch notes are completely unreadable. Please address this ASAP, thanks!

Thanks for the additional report on this! This is currently being investigated and the teams are working to get this resolved, I'll share any updates here as I receive them. 

Hey again, today its even worse. Just got hit with the dreaded 404

Edit: 404 issue has been corrected, but patch notes are still unreadable on mobile devices.

It's mostly fixed now on mobile safari (iphone 12 mini), except for Discover University and Greenhouse Haven, which still run off the edge of the screen and are cut off. 

Switching to landscape makes it readable, but it really shouldn't require that.
