I still think this should be fixed/changed, and hope devs consider doing so during their roadmap updates/fixes.

    i'm wondering if Mystical adds bonus to Spellcasting or Faerie learning times.  i'm a bit on the fence as to if Disruptive should be countered by it, bt Macabe surely could be an enhancement.
