More CAS Selections and Panels

First off the addition of a Dietary Panel under CAS.

Dietary/Body Specifics:

  • Move from Regular Traits to Dietary Traits: Vegetarian/Lactose Intolerant/etc.
  • Add more Dietary Traits like Pescatarian, Carnivore, etc.
  • Add Likes/Dislikes to Cuisine Types
  • Add Favourite Food
  • Likes/dislikes Coffee/Tea/Mixology Drinks/Nectar/etc.
  • Make Utensil Preference Selected here (instead of selecting Sim but make it available to change at any time similar to likes/dislikes)
  • Toggle Option to not gain weight from eating/food.
  • Toggle Option to not gain muscle from working out.
  • Toggle Sim will not autonomously intense based working out like weights/do push ups/jog/etc. (but exclude light working out like swimming/yoga/etc.)

And in addition to the Identity Panel:

Dominant/Submissive/Switch(both) for romance and pairing animation.

Too often my submissive partner is taking the dominant position for IMHO in non-indicating dominant animation. Such as Flutter Kiss/Cocoon Hug (Critter Hunter trait), which I personally feel she should be able to do as the submissive position (as they are a bit girly girl interactions). But I understand some animations make sense such as Passionate Kiss where they dip their partner as the initiator (but less obvious romantic interactions, I'd like the non-dominant placement of hands/arms for her).

I hope no one takes offence to this, but IMHO it is as identifying as gender, and sexual preference. And I often wish my main would be less of the initiator when doing interactions such as Flutter Kiss, or sleeping in her partner's arms instead of him in hers.

This could also help for Waltzing/Dancing pairing. Dom/Sub for leading—so pairing is not by gender or random.

Also, it might help if the dominant had more autonomy of being the romance initiator (if possible). At this time, I made my one Sim the dominant by being a Romantic Sim, having (via cheating) Hungry for Love Lifestyle, wearing flirty jewelry, and my submissive is Romantically Reserved (and not wearing flirty jewelry).

I mean to me it is just the old stereotyped masculine/feminine roles without saying it is masculine/feminine as there can be female  initiators. It is more about who leads in dancing, and animation hand placements (I find it weird my flutter kiss (an ultra feminine feeling action) cups my male Sims head dominantly with their hand, and wish it was the other way round).

This not a S&M or kink thing. If kids can handle gender transitioning, how they pee, if they lactate or get pregant, etc. in game, they can handle who leads in dancing, and where in game hand animation goes when kissing/hugging, and that gender is not it's identifier for it—at least IMHO.

Edit: This could also be helpful with same sex couples in game, which one is the lead in dancing? Which is the romantic initiator for animation hand placement?

  • I sort of agree with you.

    • I think that Dietary traits should be moved to Preferences i.e. Likes/Dislikes and be expanded with Pescetarian etc.
    • I also agree there should be Favorites Foods.
    •  Likes & Dislikes should also include Beverages.

Other things I think should be in Preferences

    • Book Genres
    • Movie Genres
    • Flower/Plant
    • Travel Destinations
    • Weather Type

As for the dom/sub stuff. I think thats too hot grate for a game children play. Its also way too complicated for them to be introduced to before they would be able to understand it. Their brains are still forming and that is a very complicated alternative lifestyle that can inappropriately affect and reinforce negative stereotypes of gender norms. And speaking of religious conservatives, it would get them  more up in arms than they are on an average day.  I think we should leave the alternative lifestyles to Mods.
