I think THIS might be our saving grace.
I'll tell you why, The Sims 4 is still in development so bugs are inevitable especially with new releases. Things won't go as planned for EVERYONE who plays the sims. So having frequent bug fixes that address our concerns would be really helpful. Saving them for patch updates seems to cause a lot of bugs to get lost and many aren't actually addressed despite it being listed as Solved. So frequent bug fixes would take account for that rather than waiting for another patch update release in a couple months time from the release of the current patch apparently addressing fixes.
The Sims 4 especially while it's in development still will NEVER be completely bug free and that's naive to think so. It's not like The Sims is a complete story with predictable set of goals for you to execute and get over with. So things going wrong are bound to happen while players run the numerous combinations of the many things you can do in the game.
EA already stated that they hired a team to address the bugs. They aren't doing a tremendous job. We don't need 50+ people fixing this game that would just cause so many issues within the company....who's paying for all these people? I don't even know how that's realistic. Expecting the game to be fixed by a profession team who is SO good at their job that the game will never have bugs seems really unrealistic.
