More Inclusion and Customization for Sims

I would love to see more inclusion and customization options in The Sims 4, such as arm and leg prosthetics (medical, robotic, or even limb differences/stumps), as well as heterochromia for human Sims.

I would also really like more detailed customization options, such as choosing an exact age and adjusting body height.

These features would make Sims feel more unique, realistic, and representative of different people and experiences.

It would be especially amazing for console players who cannot use CC or mods.
