More Traits in CAS

I think it's already 5 but if you have growing together ep.

Sims 3 has it, and I would be happy to see it. 

However traits doing more than they currently do, affecting behaviour more is what I consider a higher priority. My lazy sim gets energised way too easily and is then doing push ups. He's also often cleaning up stuff, I have to basically lock him in the house to stop him from shovelling snow and he never struggles to get out of bed either. I miss that from Sims 1 and 2. 2 also had them do this lazy spin when switching clothes. I miss that. 

5 would be awesome - three are just not enough! 

Yes, please! I think Elders should event be given a 6th maybe from a limited list only available for elders.

That'd great. I kinda wish we could select bonus traits too, since they don't need to be related to a current aspiration, only to the first one in a sim's life. Sometimes we want to createa sims that already has a past story and fulffiled their first aspiration.

This is already done via the growing together ep. Your sims daily routines and choices can gives a pop-up asking if you want to add a trait or to exchange a trait like from evil to good. With this you can gain 2 extra traits through gameplay. That is not even including all the reward traits you can buy with satisfaction points. 

They need to do a core overhaul of the social autonomy system first. As long as this ins't done the traits will continue to have no power. Adding more is sort of pointless at the moment. You can so it with a mod, but it doesn't change much for the mentioned reason.

thornwill, unfortunately, needed features are behind a paywall. Since it is through gameplay that was introduced via an EP, you need the pack. There are many pack I purchased because I needed the more fleshed out gameplay features. For example, without eco lifestyle, the off the grid lot trait is almost impossible to do. I need ways to produce power and collect water, which is behind a paywall.

I never knew this. It is funny I'd pay for it, but not if it is an EP I'd pay not to have LOL. I really don't like family and baby/toddler/children stuff/gameplay. I don't see how having more trait slots is family oriented myself, but I am sure they had a plan where it made sense to do this, but I do agree it does seem/come across as a base game basic.
