New CAS Background with Mirror!

In the game files and unused? What a pity. Maybe I'd prefer a more "neutral" version though, with less furniture so the Sim will stand out more

I miss the mirror in the background from the sims 2 days.

As a console player with sensitive eyes I'd really like to ditch that bright background and have something like the images here. I've played all the Sims games and the Sims 4 CAS background is my least favourite it's sooo bright. I tend to get a bit too focused in CAS, it takes me ages to create Sims because I fill all the categories and have different hairstyles, make-up and jewellery per category and I'll spend ages creating pets too. By the time I'm done hours have gone by and I'm a bit bleary eyed and blinking a lot!

I wonder if we are currently or ever getting this CAS background. Like, it's already there and everybody wants it, so... why not?

I don't use mods and console player can't. But thanks.

There is a mod to replace The Sims 4 CAS screen with one like The Sims 2.
